We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with early to mid-stage startup experience to join our growing team! This role will report directly to a Co-Founder, work closely with company leadership, be responsible for driving the most complex and critical full-cycle recruiting across the business (including executive search), while also mentoring and coaching junior recruiting team members to foster team growth. Own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions (including executive roles) across multiple business functions, including Product Management, Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Design/Research, Marketing, Communications, Creative Production, Legal, Content Editorial, HR, Finance, and Operations. Collaborate closely with recruiting leads in the US and Canada to develop effective hiring strategies that meet the team's ongoing growth needs. Mentor and support junior members of the recruiting team. Continuously review, reflect on, and optimize recruiting and interview processes to ensure efficient use of team time without sacrificing quality. Ideal Background 10+ years of recruiting experience, with progressively increasing responsibility for complex role types. Preference for experience recruiting in high-growth startups, particularly within Product Management, Product Design, or Business Operations domains. A proven track record of success in fast-paced, results-driven, and high-expectation environments. Holds an undergraduate or graduate degree in a rigorous discipline. Why Join?
