Description The company provides an AI-driven video security platform that helps organizations analyze visual data, improve security, optimize operations, and enable rapid response. Founded in 2021, we’re a fast-growing, Silicon Valley–backed company with a recent Series A. We’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and scale our Salesforce platform within the Revenue Operations team. You’ll ensure reliable, efficient systems that support global go-to-market (GTM) operations in a SaaS environment. Responsibilities Administer Salesforce Sales Cloud for global GTM operations, including user management, roles/permissions, and security settings. Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation flows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Configure validation rules, assignment rules, and process automations to support the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. Integrate Salesforce with tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, and CPQ systems. Maintain data accuracy and hygiene across leads, opportunities, and accounts. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable system improvements. Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, and adherence to CRM best practices.
Requirements
4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or technology company. Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred. Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Data Loader. Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and GTM operations. Code and amend integrations into SFDC Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation, customer success, or analytics platforms. Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management, and clear communication skills.
