About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Network Intelligence team in Oslo, Norway.
The Network Intelligence Cloud team is responsible for designing, developing, and operating the backend systems that manage CUJO AI Agent fleets network and application quality analysis. The team has built the IETF QoO Framework, which will be deployed and will in the next of year see tens of millions of deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Take ownership of the work delivered, adopt “You build it, you run it” mentality. Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable safe and reliable deployments. Implement observability into the systems by instrumenting code to collect metrics and configuring service monitoring & alerting. Contribute to the company-wide practices in how we build secure, scalable, robust and cost-efficient backend systems.
Requirements
Experience with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go. Experience in working with databases: Amazon RDS (Aurora PostgreSQL) & DynamoDB. Experience in working with AWS Stack. Fluency in English (spoken and written) for effective communication with our international team.
Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, …). Experience with tools such as Git and Docker. Experience with Agile Development Methodologies. Experience with IaaC tools (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, …) Experience building observability into systems, performance optimization and advanced troubleshooting. Passion for secure software development and engineering. Experience operating large-scale systems with high data volumes. Experience with serverless architecture and development. Experience in debugging and troubleshooting business critical production systems under heavy loads. Understanding of auto-scaling and self-healing concepts and principles for building resiliency in distributed systems. Experience working with multinational teams across different physical sites.
