As a Senior Software Engineer Fullstack, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining fullstack solutions that enhance digital products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable software that meets business and customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical architecture, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. 7+ years of experience in fullstack software engineering or related roles.
Strong understanding of software best practices, including testing (TDD/BDD), documentation, observability (Grafana, Kibana), and system health monitoring. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (French is a plus). Experience working in cross-functional teams and mentoring peers. Product-first mindset, with the ability to consider business impact alongside technical decisions.
