We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop and enhance software solutions for connected trailers and other equipment. This role focuses on building scalable, end-to-end systems that monitor asset utilization, track environmental conditions, and provide actionable insights for operational efficiency. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about IoT, software engineering, and delivering real-world impact in industries such as transportation, construction, and field services. You will have the autonomy to design, implement, and mentor others while contributing to the technical growth and long-term vision of the product. 8+ years of industry experience in software development.
Experience building end-to-end software systems, ideally including 0–1 products and scaling them for growth. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with working with geolocation data and deploying machine learning models to production is a plus. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and contribute to team culture and technical excellence. Strong customer focus, understanding of operational impacts, and a proactive approach to software design and maintenance.
