As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable systems, leveraging cloud-native architectures, AI technologies, and modern development practices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation. Mentorship and knowledge sharing are key aspects of this role, as you will guide engineers in best practices, system design, and coding excellence.     Accountabilities:

    • Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end features across the stack with high reliability and scalability.
    • Drive system-level design, data modeling, and cloud-native architecture decisions to ensure maintainable and resilient solutions.
    • Lead initiatives to integrate AI into software products, enhancing automation, efficiency, and innovation.
    • Own technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring optimal performance, observability, and adherence to best practices.
    • Mentor engineers, facilitate design discussions, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
    • Continuously improve system reliability, reduce technical debt, and optimize performance through proactive monitoring and refactoring.
    • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and user needs.

    5+ years of professional full-stack development experience in high-performing teams.

    • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
    • Advanced skills in system design, data modeling (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), and cloud-native development (AWS).

    Experience with test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with debugging complex systems and implementing observability practices. Familiarity with integrating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, RooCode, RooCline). Proven mentorship skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on high-impact solutions. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
