Run discovery sessions, scope opportunities, and collaborate with delivery to make magic happen. Turn business-speak into tech plans (and vice versa). Write proposals that make sense to *actual humans*. Coach junior consultants and help them level up. Keep your CRM tidy because your future self deserves nice things. About You You’re sharp, calm, and know how to talk to executives without making PowerPoint your personality. You can listen, translate, and get people genuinely excited about what’s possible with smart technology. You’ve done the consulting/pre-sales thing before, and now you’re after a role where you can lead conversations, own outcomes, and start stepping toward management — without losing the fun of doing great work. Strong written and spoken communication with senior stakeholders. Experience designing solutions for **50–200 seat businesses**. Confident presenting to execs and linking business goals to tech solutions. Broad technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace.
