Seeq is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our growing team and play a key role in helping prospective customers understand the value of our advanced analytics software. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, working closely with the sales team and prospects to do discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, address technical questions, and provide expert insights into how Seeq’s platform can solve real-world problems in process manufacturing. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Solutions Consulting and other cross-functional teams to ensure every customer interaction reflects our innovative, customer-first approach. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who enjoys engaging with customers and is eager to make a measurable impact on a rapidly growing SaaS company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally within a SaaS or industrial software company. 2-4 years of experience in a industry technical role or selling to industry. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science). Preference for candidates with experience in process manufacturing industries, though strong candidates from adjacent domains are also encouraged to apply. Experience with B2B software experience selling into process industries or in the process manufacturing industry (O&G, Chemicals, Pharma, Power, Semi). Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and/or industrial operations and process data. Ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts to varied audiences, including executives, directors, engineers, and operators. Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers. Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Willingness to travel (varies from 10%-25%) for partner meetings, customer meetings, team events, or conferences. Competitive salary plus variable commission and equity $145,000 USD base salary
