    Head of Talent Acquisition (Amazon & E-com Talent) Full-Time | Remote About GNO Partners GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two successful Amazon brands from scratch and exited both at nearly 8 figures. We help 7- and 8-figure Amazon FBA sellers scale by implementing proven systems, frameworks, and strategies. Our remote team has worked with more than 600 brands in the last 3 years and supports over 250 active clients today. We are not a Done-For-You agency. We’re a consulting firm with a Done-With-You model that empowers sellers to operate like top-tier 7 and 8-figure Amazon teams. We integrate complete systems, processes, PPC frameworks, and growth strategies so brands can scale profitably and independently.     This role is for someone who lives and breathes talent acquisition. Your focus will be:

    Running all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles Screening and filtering inbound applicants Finding and headhunting elite Amazon operators (top 0.1 percent) Conducting first-round interviews Managing hiring pipelines for internal roles and client Brand Manager placements

    • If you’ve recruited for Amazon brands, Amazon agencies, or e-commerce companies, and you know how to identify true operators — this is the role for you.
    • Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and optimize all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles
    • Screen and filter inbound applicants for Brand Managers, Consultants, Sales roles, and other internal positions
    • Review and sort resumes for Brand Manager roles hired on behalf of our clients

    Conduct structured first-round interviews to ensure only top candidates move forward Proactively headhunt high-tier talent on LinkedIn, Recruiter, job boards, and communities Build and maintain strong pipelines of Amazon and e-commerce professionals Collaborate with leadership to define role profiles and ideal candidate criteria Improve and streamline the recruitment funnel, screening process, and candidate tracking Keep detailed and organized candidate pipelines across multiple open roles Requirements Must have experience recruiting Amazon or e-commerce talent Experience hiring roles such as: Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Consultants, Account Managers, Operators 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong background in sourcing and headhunting high-skill talent Excellent screening ability and understanding of Amazon-specific experience Confident conducting structured interviews Excellent English communication skills Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and talent sourcing platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles simultaneously
