Running all LinkedIn recruiting ads for internal roles Screening and filtering inbound applicants Finding and headhunting elite Amazon operators (top 0.1 percent) Conducting first-round interviews Managing hiring pipelines for internal roles and client Brand Manager placements
Conduct structured first-round interviews to ensure only top candidates move forward Proactively headhunt high-tier talent on LinkedIn, Recruiter, job boards, and communities Build and maintain strong pipelines of Amazon and e-commerce professionals Collaborate with leadership to define role profiles and ideal candidate criteria Improve and streamline the recruitment funnel, screening process, and candidate tracking Keep detailed and organized candidate pipelines across multiple open roles Requirements Must have experience recruiting Amazon or e-commerce talent Experience hiring roles such as: Brand Managers, PPC Managers, Consultants, Account Managers, Operators 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Strong background in sourcing and headhunting high-skill talent Excellent screening ability and understanding of Amazon-specific experience Confident conducting structured interviews Excellent English communication skills Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and talent sourcing platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple roles simultaneously
