We are looking for a high-impact, experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team. In this role, you will play a key and influential part in driving our hiring strategy, owning tech and GTM recruitment, and leading cross-functional talent initiatives. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape processes, partner closely with leadership, and make a significant impact on our growth.
Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of Tech and GTM roles (Engineering, Product, Data, Sales, Marketing, CS, and more). Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, shape hiring strategies, and drive decision-making. Build and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools and AI-driven methodologies. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the company. Own and deliver side projects within the Talent & People org (e.g., process improvements, reporting, talent intelligence, employer branding initiatives). Collaborate with global teams, including hiring activities across the US market. Use modern recruitment infrastructure, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, scaling tech company. Strong experience in both technical and GTM hiring - required. Proven ability to operate independently, move fast, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on expertise with AI-based sourcing and recruitment tools, automation platforms, and data-driven hiring practices. Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with broad organizational impact (e.g., process redesign, talent intelligence initiatives, employer branding programs, operational improvements). Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable working with global teams. A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset - someone who thrives on ownership and impact. Experience in the health-tech / digital health industry - a strong advantage. Experience hiring for the U.S. market - a significant advantage.
