    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President, Product Implementation in United States. We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to oversee the successful delivery and adoption of enterprise product implementations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a cross-functional organization responsible for translating product vision into measurable business outcomes for clients. The SVP will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, driving standardization, operational excellence, and value realization across complex portfolios. You will guide teams, influence stakeholders, and shape implementation practices that set the standard for excellence.

    Accountabilities:

    • Define and execute enterprise-wide implementation strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks to ensure predictable, value-focused deployments.
    • Lead and mentor multiple teams, including Product Subject Matter Experts, Business Value Advisory, and Functional Implementation teams.
    • Serve as the executive owner of implementation success, accountable for delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
    • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align on solution design, deployment readiness, and post-go-live adoption.
    • Oversee portfolio management of active implementations, monitor KPIs, and proactively manage risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
    • Drive standardization and repeatability while enabling flexibility for client-specific needs, ensuring adherence to compliance, data security, and quality standards.
    • Champion value realization, quantifying operational and financial outcomes post-implementation to demonstrate measurable client impact.

    15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product implementation, enterprise delivery, or professional services — ideally in healthcare or complex SaaS environments.

    • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, and advisory) with measurable client and financial outcomes.
    • Deep understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, product deployment, and operational transformation.

    Strong program management, governance, and risk mitigation skills. Ability to influence across functions, aligning product, engineering, sales, and client delivery teams toward shared goals. Strategic mindset with execution orientation, balancing long-term scalability with short-term delivery excellence. Data-driven decision-making with ability to translate outcomes into quantifiable business impact (EVA, ROI, KPI improvement). Exceptional leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and communication skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
