We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to oversee the successful delivery and adoption of enterprise product implementations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a cross-functional organization responsible for translating product vision into measurable business outcomes for clients. The SVP will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, driving standardization, operational excellence, and value realization across complex portfolios. You will guide teams, influence stakeholders, and shape implementation practices that set the standard for excellence.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product implementation, enterprise delivery, or professional services — ideally in healthcare or complex SaaS environments.
Strong program management, governance, and risk mitigation skills. Ability to influence across functions, aligning product, engineering, sales, and client delivery teams toward shared goals. Strategic mindset with execution orientation, balancing long-term scalability with short-term delivery excellence. Data-driven decision-making with ability to translate outcomes into quantifiable business impact (EVA, ROI, KPI improvement). Exceptional leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and communication skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
