
The Opportunity Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’re joining us as our Resident SEO Expert — the person who will help us pull rank, boost visibility, and convert more visitors into customers. We’re looking for a data-driven SEO Specialist (AI Visibility) who thrives where search optimization, conversion strategy, analytics, and emerging AI-powered discovery intersect. You understand how content fuels SEO, how smart experimentation drives CRO, and you’re energized by the challenge of staying ahead of Google’s constantly evolving algorithm. In this role, you’ll shape our performance across the traditional SEO future of discovery — including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies encompassing technical, content, and generative search optimization. Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities for organic growth. Optimize metadata, on-page content, and internal linking to improve visibility and user engagement. Audit and enhance website content to recover declining keyword rankings and maintain high SERP performance. Technical SEO & Site Performance Monitor website health, crawlability, and indexation using industry-standard tools. Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues, improve site architecture, and implement structured data (schema). Ensure optimal site speed, mobile usability, and user experience. Partner with engineering teams to deploy and test infrastructure improvements. AI & Generative Search Optimization Lead efforts in GEO and AEO, structuring content for discoverability across generative and conversational search tools. Stay current with evolving AI algorithms and search experiences to guide long-term visibility strategies. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Review and analyze website and landing-page performance to identify conversion barriers, opportunities, and potential revenue impact. Conduct data-driven audits to uncover trends, friction points, and user drop-off moments across the funnel, informing high-value CRO tests and experiments. Analyze site data and recommend valuable CRO tests and experimentation opportunities that drive incremental lead generation and customer subscriptions. Develop hypotheses and propose CRO strategies grounded in analytics, user behavior insights, and industry best practices. Analytics, Reporting & Insights Build and maintain dashboards to track SEO and website KPIs. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reporting. Evaluate the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and content initiatives against business goals. Identify and understand on-site user behavior, and inform future UI/UX and content strategies by sharing easy-to-digest analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align strategies and execute optimizations. Communicate performance updates and growth opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders. Support paid media and analytics efforts with data insights when needed. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, web analytics, or digital performance marketing. Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-driven search trends. Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer, Looker Studio, HotJar,Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets and Tools that monitor brand/website citations or visibility in AI-chat/LLM results: e.g., Profound Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategy. Excellent communicator, capable of collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams. Nice-to-Haves Background in technology SaaS, tech, agency or related with an understanding of user journey optimization and conversion tracking. 2+ years, strongly preferred of HubSpot experience, specifically familiarity with the SEO tools inside Content Hub. Hands-on experience with advanced analytics and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Compensation: Salary range for this role is $32,000 - $42,000 USD, based on experience.
