The company is now rapidly expanding beyond this core group to partner with other home service brands nationwide, helping them grow through specialized marketing strategies and creative execution. Position Overview The client is seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with at least 2 years of professional experience. Role Focus: Optimizing websites, creating new content, generating organic traffic, and driving measurable ROI for in-house clients in the home services industry. Ideal Candidate: Someone who is analytical, up-to-date on algorithm changes, and passionate about using creativity to improve local SEO and content strategy. Job Type/Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US hours Work Location: Remote.

    Key Responsibilities Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve site performance. Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities. Utilize copywriting skills to develop and execute content strategies. Optimize local SEO across Google Business Profiles and relevant directories. Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Collaborate with web developers to resolve technical issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and speed. Stay informed on algorithm updates and evolving SEO trends to proactively adapt strategies. Contribute to monthly reporting with actionable insights and optimization suggestions. Support the launch and SEO setup of new websites or landing pages.

    Qualifications Required 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house setting. Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc.). Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page optimization best practices. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress, Elementor, and Oxygen). Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data interpretation. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain SEO strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills. Bonus Points Experience working with home service businesses (moving, junk removal, garage doors, etc.). Basic web development knowledge. Content strategy or writing experience. Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
