Responsibilities and Duties OCT Consulting is making a bold investment in our future. We’ve launched a brand-new ServiceNow Practice that leverages our consulting expertise and large federal footprint across 20 federal agencies to deliver greater value to our clients, and we’re serious about making it a success. We’re now ServiceNow Consulting & Implementation (C&I) and Reseller partners, actively recruiting top technical talent, establishing a ServiceNow certification pipeline, and engaging potential partners eager to join our vision. We need a proven sales leader to help bring this vision to life. As Sales Director, you will shape our go-to-market strategy and take direct ownership of capturing new opportunities and building a strong pipeline. You’ll have a robust lead-generation engine supporting you, uncapped earning potential, and the trust to apply your ServiceNow and sales expertise to drive results. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader with deep ServiceNow experience, exceptional client management skills, and the ability to inspire both customers and internal teams. You will report directly to the ServiceNow Practice Director and collaborate closely with OCT’s Business Development team. This W-2 position offers a competitive base salary plus commission. 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on Consulting & Implementation. Proven capture leader with a history of winning ServiceNow deals over $5M in annualized value primarily in the federal government market. Commission-driven mindset that lets you thrive in environments where performance is rewarded with uncapped earning potential. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Self-starter mentality with the discipline to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow sales cycles, partnership programs, and delivery models. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, GWACs/BPAs, and IDIQ contracting vehicles ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD). Established relationships within federal IT buyer communities. CIS-ITSM certification and/or ServiceNow Sales Accreditations. Knowledge of FedRAMP requirements and processes. Existing Secret or Top Secret clearance. This role is in the DC area with a hybrid work schedule in McLean, VA. Benefits
