SharePoint Solutions Architect

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a SharePoint Solutions Architect to join our UniQue team. What will you be doing in this role? Lead and contribute to the architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance of information systems. Assess, design, prototype, and implement technical solutions that meet key business needs. Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to ICT project teams in requirements, estimation, development, deployment, and support. Define and maintain the architecture and technology roadmap for SharePoint (Online and Server), Microsoft 365, and Azure. Integrate information systems with third-party tools and other platforms. Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and the overall technology roadmap. Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable technical fixes. Drive quality and design discussions within the ICT unit. Lead technical and code reviews, manage technical debt, and propose robust alternative solutions. Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture designs, maintenance manuals, release notes, and user guides. Implement automation and CI/CD practices for ICT projects. Support secure software development (SSDLC), ensure proper security posture, and assist with security audits. Collaborate with project teams, product owners, and business stakeholders on new features, integrations, and improvements. Work with ICT governance teams to align infrastructure and services with corporate strategy. What do you need to succeed in this position? Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Strong expertise in SharePoint 2019 and Online, including SPFx, PnP Framework, REST APIs, PowerShell, and migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate, etc.) Previous experience with software development in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API. Advanced work with Web APIs and perform systems’ integrations. Extensive usage of Microsoft Entra ID or integration with identity and access management (IAM) systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps. Previous experience with DevOps best practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Able to work independently in of one or more front-end JavaScript frameworks, such as Vue.js, Angular or React. Previous work with Microsoft SQL Server. Previous work with the Microsoft Power Platform. Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
