Social Media & Content Assistant

Overview We’re seeking a highly organised, creative, and golf-obsessed Social Media Assistant to manage and grow our digital presence. This role blends content sourcing, creator coordination, posting, community engagement, and performance reporting. If you love studying viral content, understand the game of golf, and thrive in a fast-moving social environment, you’ll be a great fit. Key Responsibilities1. Content Capture & Organisation Monitor all tagged content daily using the Archive app. Tag content into relevant product feeds, remove low-quality posts, and request usage rights or improved submissions from creators. Organise and store assets in Google Drive. KPI: All content fully organised every week.

• Content Scheduling & Posting
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms.
• Maintain a consistent posting rhythm across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

KPIs:

4 Instagram/Facebook posts per week 3 Instagram Reels per week 3 TikToks per week 5 Instagram Story sequences per week 2 YouTube Shorts per week

• Ad Content Support
• Collaborate with the Ad Strategist to brainstorm ad concepts and source the right content for performance creatives.
• KPI: Support the development of 5 new ads per week (ownership sits with the Creative Strategist).
• Community Management
• Repost tagged stories and save them into relevant highlight categories.
• KPI: 95% success rate catching and reposting stories within 24 hours.
• Creator & Campaign Support
• Work with creators, affiliates, and partners to secure UGC, collaborations, and launch content.
• Ensure all campaign assets are collected and ready on time.
• KPI: 3 new content agreements per week.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Compile weekly insights on content performance, engagement trends, top posts, follower growth, and UGC sourced.

• Genuine passion for two things: viral content and the game of golf.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent file-storage habits.
• Creative eye for identifying high-potential UGC and developing ideas from existing content.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, creators, and deadlines simultaneously.
