What you’ll do Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of our Identity and Access Management system. Support the evolution of our Core platform to keep it reliable, secure, and high-performing. Work closely with other teams to turn ideas, feedback, and customer needs into real improvements. Get to know an established, complex codebase — understand how it works and help make it cleaner, safer, and more efficient. Bring curiosity, initiative, and thoughtful problem-solving to your day-to-day work. What you’ll bring Experience building with React and C#. Confidence digging into larger systems and understanding how pieces fit together. An ability to spot issues and propose practical, elegant solutions. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach — you like working things out with others. A focus on writing secure, maintainable, and reliable code.
