In this role, you will assist clients in Spanish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish. Provide information on account management, loan processes, investment options, and financial advice. Assist customers with account setups, troubleshooting issues, and service-related queries. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues. Stay updated on financial industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate information. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, especially within the finance or banking industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries. Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
