    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Brand Manager (Fully Remote) in the United States. The Sr. Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive growth, market presence, and consumer engagement. This position involves leading brand initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining brand consistency across channels. The Sr. Brand Manager will identify opportunities for product innovation, optimize marketing programs, and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for collaboration and brand activities. \n

    Accountabilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Analyze consumer, category, and market data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including consumer communication plans and brand positioning initiatives.
    • Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and line extensions based on consumer trends and market potential.
    • Collaborate with retail teams and agency partners to create channel-specific marketing programs that enhance brand presence.
    • Manage large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
    • Mentor team members and contribute to fostering a collaborative and high-performing marketing environment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

    8+ years of brand management experience, preferably in food or beverage CPG.

    • Proficiency in market data analysis using tools such as Circana IRI/Nielsen.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and launching new product innovations.
    • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience collaborating with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment and adapt priorities as needed.
