Partner with the Global Process Owners to analyze key process improvement opportunities across core Finance processes (Source to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash) to scale our business and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI/ML solutions Leading the creation and execution of a strategic multi-year AI/ML roadmap for Finance, with clear KPIs, measurable outcomes, and ongoing portfolio management with key stakeholders and IT Engaging Finance stakeholders to build consensus for transformation initiatives, developing comprehensive change management strategies, and enabling successful adoption through training and user-friendly resources Collaborating with IT, Transformation, Data, and external solution providers to select, implement, and integrate AI/ML tools into scalable and secure Finance systems Partnering with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure AI/ML implementations meet internal control requirements while maintaining robust documentation of all processes and learnings What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation with significant exposure to AI/ML program delivery within Finance operations Strong operational understanding of core Finance processes (e.g., Source to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash) Hands-on experience with AI/ML projects, RPA, workflow automation, or analytics platforms in an enterprise environment Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle), Source to Pay platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba), and business intelligence tools Proven ability to develop and execute cross-functional transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Strong skills in relationship-building and collaboration with global Finance and IT stakeholders Expertise in change management, stakeholder communication, and user training for technology adoption Knowledge of industry best practices in Finance process optimization and digital transformation #LI-Remote #LI-AT4 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
