This senior-level position plays a strategic role in building a strong and positive workplace culture across a large, distributed organization. The Sr Principal Employee Relations - Project Manager will serve as both a trusted advisor and project leader, managing complex employee relations cases, driving data-driven initiatives, and ensuring fair and consistent HR practices across regions. Working closely with leadership, this role combines deep expertise in employee relations with strong program management capabilities to enhance organizational health, mitigate risk, and lead the evolution of employee relations frameworks during a period of business transformation.
Proven expertise in complex investigations, conflict resolution, and risk management. Experience managing large-scale HR or employee relations projects in a global, matrixed environment. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to assess trends and develop proactive solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders while maintaining neutrality. Deep knowledge of employment law; understanding of Puerto Rico law and global ER exposure preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Advanced education or certification (JD, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and lead initiatives that drive cultural and operational excellence.
