    Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Healthcare - Remote) Job type: Full-time Remote - with 10-20% travel About Phamily Jaan Health is a healthcare technology company making proactive care management simple, scalable, and financially sustainable. Our SaaS platform, Phamily, equips health systems and physician groups with AI-powered virtual care tools to better manage chronic conditions and general patient needs between office visits. The role As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll define and execute the product marketing foundation that connects Phamily’s platform and services to the needs of SMB and enterprise healthcare organizations, including health systems, health networks, and large medical groups. You’ll help enable ambulatory care transformation pre- and post-sale. You’ll translate complex technology and our tech-enabled services offering into clear, outcome-driven narratives that resonate with decision-makers. You’ll develop scalable GTM frameworks, messaging architectures, and launch playbooks that equip our sales and customer-facing teams to win, expand, and retain relationships. This role is equal parts strategist and builder: you’ll design the systems, processes, and storytelling that make Phamily’s product marketing function a strategic growth engine from the ground up. What you’ll do Build and lead Phamily’s enterprise product marketing function, establishing the frameworks, tools, and processes for how we position, launch, and enable. Define and refine enterprise buyer personas, segmentation, and messaging. Go deep on the tactical and strategic challenges these stakeholders face and how we help. Partner with product, solutions, and go-to-market teams to translate features and capabilities into compelling, benefit-led narratives with consistent messaging. Lead GTM planning for product launches— aligning cross-functional teams on positioning, pricing, messaging, and enablement. Equip teams with best-in-class enablement materials. Develop competitive intelligence on key players in the care management and digital health ecosystem to inform strategy and differentiation. Influence roadmap and strategy by serving as the voice of the market — ensuring our product evolution aligns with SMB and enterprise customer needs and industry direction. Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and processes are still being defined. You navigate the hiccups that come with implementing more structure in a rapidly-growing company. To be qualified for this role, you’ll have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with 4+ years in product marketing focused on healthcare buyers. Proven success in building or scaling product marketing processes in a growth-stage or enterprise SaaS environment. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape — health systems, payers, value-based care models, and operational workflows. Demonstrated ability to partner with product and sales leadership to drive go-to-market alignment and measurable revenue impact. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, strategic messaging for executive audiences. Experience creating enablement and launch assets that directly support enterprise deal cycles. An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc). Strong project management skills (we use Asana) and comfort with Microsoft Excel. Work Style & Logistics Occasional travel (10%-20%) for on-site team or client meetings or industry events as needed.
