This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer - Grafana Ops - IRM in Sweden. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Mobile Engineer to design, develop, and maintain a mission-critical mobile application within an observability and incident response environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence product roadmaps, contribute to a high-impact, customer-focused product, and work on distributed, scalable systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of the mobile app’s reliability, performance, and availability, and participate in on-call rotations. Accountabilities:

• Design, build, operate, and maintain the mobile application, ensuring high performance, reliability, and availability.
• Drive projects from ideation to production, including design, testing, CI/CD workflows, and shipping updates to app stores.
• Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and mobile teams to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations, taking ownership of operational stability and incident response.
• Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to design discussions and team knowledge-sharing.
• Continuously learn new skills and deepen understanding of distributed systems and cloud product infrastructure.
• Embrace open-source culture by contributing to projects outside of the core team when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with at least one native mobile platform (Android or iOS).
• Proven expertise in building production Flutter apps, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and maintainable code architecture.
• Experience taking mobile features from concept to release, including clarifying requirements, exploring solutions, building, testing, and deploying updates.
• Comfort integrating mobile apps with backend APIs and cloud services.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for remote team settings.
• Bonus: familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, distributed systems, microservices architecture, open-source contributions, and on-call/SRE experience.
