Company Description About EIT RawMaterials As the world moves towards a greener future, the demand for raw materials—minerals and metals—is set to increase immensely over the next three decades. Europe faces a critical challenge in securing a stable supply of these essential resources, and this is where EIT RawMaterials steps in. EIT RawMaterials is at the forefront of driving innovation and sustainability in the raw materials sector. As an Innovation Community within the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), we collaborate with over 300 partners across industry, academia, and research institutes. Together, we forge dynamic, long-term partnerships to develop innovative solutions that meet Europe's growing demand for raw materials. About the Role The EIT Cross-KIC Entrepreneurial Education and Skills Cluster brings together nine Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) to deliver a unique, cross-sectoral education offering aligned with the Union of Skills and the EU STEM Strategic Education Plan. The Cluster addresses key challenges in STEM and entrepreneurial education through four flagship initiatives. This position is part of the EIT Campus initiative—an education portal designed to support upskilling and reskilling across Europe. In its next phase, EIT Campus will focus on enhancing quality assurance, integrating skills intelligence, and promoting skills portability across sectors and geographies. The platform aims to empower learners by providing access to high-quality education resources from across the EIT Community. We are looking for an experienced Stakeholder and Outreach Manager (m/f/d) to drive the commercial growth of EIT Campus. In this strategic role, you will lead the development of scalable partnerships and identify new business opportunities that contribute to the platform’s financial sustainability and long-term impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and refinement of outreach and B2B strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement and expand the EIT Campus network. Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, non-profits, umbrella organisations, and learning providers—focusing on long-term, value-driven collaboration. Design and implement innovative business models (e.g. sponsorships, licensing, revenue-sharing) to support the platform’s financial sustainability. Use data and market intelligence to continuously optimise outreach tactics and partnership approaches for scalability and impact. Monitor trends in education, technology, and workforce development to ensure EIT Campus remains relevant and competitive. Explore and pilot new collaboration formats such as joint ventures, co-branded events, webinars, and community activations. Represent EIT Campus in external meetings, events, and presentations to promote its mission and offerings. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through tailored engagement plans that align with the platform’s strategic goals. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert partnership opportunities. Confident public speaker with strong presentation and storytelling skills. Highly organized with solid project management capabilities and attention to detail. Analytical thinking and ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies. Experience & Background University degree in Business, International Relations, Innovation, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, or outreach—ideally in the education, innovation, or tech sectors.
