
Position: Strategic Account Executive As a Strategic Account Executive at Interplay Learning, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within a targeted list of strategic accounts. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting (alongside an SDR and other inbound lead sources) and pipeline generation to closing — using a consultative, value-based approach to help organizations modernize their workforce training with Interplay’s innovative, on-demand learning solutions. This role is for an experienced Account Executive in the B2B SaaS space, who has consistently achieved or exceeded an annual quota of around $1M and who has worked with companies in the Skilled Trades - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar, and Facilities Maintenance or the Industrial space related to Manufacturing, Facilities & Industrial Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Equipment, Crane & Rigging, and Logistics. Experience selling eLearning and Training products to these companies is highly preferred!
7+ years of experience in sales within B2B SaaS or a related industry. Skilled Trades or Industrial segment experience highly preferred. Including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Solar, Manufacturing, Facilities & Industrial Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Equipment, Crane & Rigging, and Logistics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within strategic accounts. Deep understanding of the sales process, consultative selling, and account planning. Knowledge of Challenger Sales methodology is a plus. Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Hubspot, Highspot, G-Suite and Gemini AI. Experience working with workforce training solutions is a plus. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States. Following the offer, all roles require I-9 verification, E-Verify, a background check, and a drug and alcohol test. Pay: $90k-$110k base salary, uncapped variable/commission, $180k+ OTE
