    Job Summary:

    Wingz is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Strategy & Operations Coordinator who can support multiple teams across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and enjoys solving operational challenges. You will work closely with executives, operations, support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the business runs efficiently while contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth and revenue.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic & Analytical Support

    • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and generating insights to support business decisions.
    • Track key performance metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
    • Support revenue and growth initiatives across the organization.

    Operational Support

    • Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Support, Compliance, Engineering, Finance, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects.
    • Develop and refine internal processes and documentation.
    • Monitor operational dashboards and escalate concerns as needed.
    • Executive Assistance
    • Provide executive-level administrative support as needed (calendar management, research, preparing presentations).

    Assist in preparing materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and client-facing documentation. Project Management Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across different teams. Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment on priorities. Support the rollout of initiatives that improve team efficiency or customer experience. Communication & Collaboration Act as a bridge between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Prepare polished presentations, reports, and client-facing materials. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, executive assistance, data analysis, or other relevant fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities. Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships. Comfortable working US hours. Preferred Skills Experience in NEMT, logistics, transportation, or SaaS (not required but a plus). Background in business operations, strategy, data analysis, or executive support roles. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, etc.). Strong presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
