As a Supply Chain & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing solutions that will help improve operational performance, while offering new services to the customer. You will have the opportunity to work on projects that bring value and contribute to Public Group’s strategic plans in an exciting field. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead projects in various Supply Chain & Operations areas to provide best-in-class customer service.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
    • Analyze data and make decisions for improving KPIs to department targets.
    • Use & develop Supply Chain systems to optimize performance.

    Required Qualifications:

    • AEI degree, preferably in Logistics, Engineering or Economics.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management.
    • Hight level of customer obsession and ownership.
    • Data driven, analytical thinking, problem solving mentality.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Power BI and very good knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Knowledge of English at a working level.
