As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and issues, all while communicating in Swedish.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and other services via phone, email, and live chat in Swedish. Provide detailed information about bookings, payment options, and cancellation policies. Assist customers with modifying or canceling their reservations as needed. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues. Stay updated on promotions, system updates, and travel trends to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
