Key Responsibilities Assist Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels, providing exceptional service and support for their travel inquiries. Offer tailored advice on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that meet individual client needs. Design and create custom travel itineraries that reflect clients' preferences and ensure a memorable journey. Effectively manage and resolve customer concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for seamless follow-up. Stay informed about travel industry trends and destination highlights to provide current and relevant advice. Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable. Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial. A passion for travel with good knowledge of various destinations and cultures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to excellent customer service. Able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions with ease. Proficient with CRM systems and standard software applications. Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote environment. Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation costs covered by the company.
