In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring teams across the UK and Canada, with a generalist skillset and a key focus GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) and Customer Experience (CX) roles. You’ll play a key role in hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, working in a high-velocity, high-growth environment. From role intake to offer, you’ll manage the full end-to-end recruitment process — ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You’ll also help drive our broader talent initiatives as we scale rapidly across Northern Hemisphere markets.
Owning full-cycle recruitment across GTM and CX roles (UK, EMEA & CA markets) Partnering with hiring managers on role briefs, scorecards, and sourcing strategy Crafting compelling job ads that reflect our EVP and drive quality applications Sourcing high-calibre candidates using creative outbound techniques Reviewing applications and running structured screening interviews Managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interview processes Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Tracking key metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement Supporting broader hiring projects and process optimisation initiatives Who you are
3–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition Proven success hiring across a range of commercial and/or CX functions Experience working in SaaS, tech, scale-up, or high-growth environments
