As an absolute perfectionist you will find linguistic bugs and report these back using bug database communicating across global boundaries in an unambiguous way which is why is important you can communicate in clear English. The role will suit candidates who can work from Monday to Friday full-time on a day shift, typically starting at 9:00am This in an Hybrid Position. Our office will be located in Alvento Business Park, Vía de los Poblados, 1-3 28033, Madrid . What would you do at work? Sobre el puesto Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Nóminas con atención al detalle para gestionar y procesar las nóminas de nuestros empleados en España. Formarás parte de un equipo pequeño y colaborativo, desempeñando un papel clave para garantizar una administración de nóminas precisa y puntual, el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral española, y el apoyo en procesos generales de RRHH y administración.

    Responsabilidades principales Preparar y procesar la nómina mensual utilizando el sistema de nóminas de la empresa (ADP)

    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, fiscal y de la seguridad social en España.
    • Gestionar registros de empleados (contratos, bajas, vacaciones, etc.)
    • Calcular y procesar cotizaciones a la seguridad social y deducciones del IRPF
    • Coordinar con agencias externas de nómina, asesores y autoridades cuando sea necesario
    • Apoyar a los departamentos de RRHH y Finanzas con informes y conciliaciones de datos
    • Atender consultas de empleados sobre nóminas, beneficios y temas relacionados.
    • Mantener la confidencialidad y la protección de datos en todos los procesos de nómina
