Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on technology and marketing roles. Strong understanding of the US tech market, including current trends and necessary skill sets. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to creatively source candidates using various platforms and tools. Capability to conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' technical abilities and fit. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
