• Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth platforms
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to guide therapy
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive work culture Requirements ✅ Education & Licensure Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing Prior experience with telehealth preferred but not required ✅ Experience & Competencies Minimum of 1 year of clinical counseling experience Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client engagement Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems ✅ Preferred Experience with diverse client populations and settings Training in trauma-informed care and/or mindfulness practices Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment At Thrive Counseling Services, we believe that when our team thrives, our clients do too.
