    Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Telesales Specialist, specifically targeting Saudi Nationals, to join our sales team at iSchool. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to engage with potential customers, promote our educational programs, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating iSchool’s educational offerings. Handle incoming inquiries through various platforms, providing in-depth information about courses and services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and maintain a proactive approach in managing customer relationships. Conduct personalized consultations to help parents understand the benefits of our programs and make informed decisions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system. Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team. Collaborate with the team to develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Saudi Nationality with residence in Saudi Arabia. Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field, ideally within the education or technology sectors. Strong proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone. Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Familiarity with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes. Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
