    Job Title: TikTok Shop Manager Job Type: Full-Time Remote Time Zone: PST time zone Job Overview We are seeking a creative, data-driven TikTok Shop Manager to lead and optimize our presence on TikTok Shop. This role is ideal for someone who understands both e-commerce operations and short-form content strategy. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of our TikTok Shop — from product listings and promotions to influencer collaborations and performance analytics. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to drive sales, enhance visibility, and build a strong brand presence within the TikTok ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage TikTok Shop Operations: Oversee daily shop activities including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory tracking, and promotional campaign setup.
    • Content and Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with TikTok trends and platform best practices.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and audience engagement to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships: Source and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates to drive authentic product promotion and brand exposure.
    • Customer Engagement: Oversee customer service processes within TikTok Shop, ensuring quick response times and positive user experiences.
    • Compliance & Optimization: Stay up to date with TikTok Shop policies, algorithm updates, and e-commerce best practices to maintain compliance and optimize performance.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns and sales strategies.
    • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
    • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, short-form content, and influencer marketing.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, TikTok Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
