YOU: Are a safe driver, capable of driving long distances, taking responsibility for your group's safe travel, including checking tires, and fluids. Are required to have a valid Light Rigid license (Medium rigid preferable) Are required to have a drivers authorisation First Aid Certificate (Provide first aid in remote or isolated site preferable) UKTNP accreditation (preferable) Are responsible, driven, team player, who loves travel and interacting with people from around the globe. Are a proven leader who is comfortable managing group dynamics, different personalities, and cultures. Have the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts. Are cool, calm & collected under pressure. Can professionally and proactively solve problems like handling injuries, managing a budget, and anything else that is thrown at you. Are customer service oriented, putting your passengers first, and always with a smile :) Have awareness of and commitment to Sustainable/Community Tourism: Our CEOs need to be committed to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism, and be an inspiring example to the travellers.
