Provide expert recommendations on coverage options tailored to tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance. Assist customers with the completion of insurance applications and documentation. Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and premium rates for clients. Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support.
