
The Vendor Manager drives revenue growth, partner engagement, and market expansion for one of Climb’s cybersecurity and network security vendor across North America. This role focuses on increasing vendor market share within existing resellers, recruiting new partners, and accelerating technical adoption through close collaboration with Climb’s sales engineering and vendor field teams. Key Responsibilities Recruit new reseller and MSSP partners while reactivating dormant accounts. Execute regional campaigns to drive growth and competitive displacement across cybersecurity and networking solutions. Increase renewals, upsell, and refresh opportunities within the partner ecosystem. Collaborate with Climb’s sales engineering team to deliver joint demos, partner training, and technical enablement sessions. Manage partner pipeline, deal registration, and forecast accuracy to achieve revenue targets. Support strategic verticals such as SLED, education, and healthcare in alignment with vendor and Climb priorities. Drive partner marketing and enablement initiatives to expand adoption and technical capability. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT distribution, vendor, or reseller field sales. Strong understanding of cybersecurity and network security technologies and channel ecosystems. Proven track record of building and managing productive reseller and partner relationships. Excellent territory planning, pipeline management, and execution skills. Strong collaboration and communication abilities across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
