VIP Department Analyst (CIS Region)

We are seeking a talented VIP Department Analyst (CIS Region) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Work daily with the VIP team to provide data insights, validate assumptions, and support decision-making.
• Run A/B tests and evaluate performance of various nurturing and communication strategies.
• Search for high-value client “invites” and generate actionable insights for VIP managers.
• Build dashboards and analytical reports (Python / SQL / Excel).
• Collaborate with product, CRM, risk, and CS verticals to improve VIP funnel efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc research, hypothesis testing, and exploratory analysis for high-value segments.
• Native Russian / Eng B1+.

2+ years of experience in data analytics.

• Strong proficiency in analytical libraries in Python (pandas, numpy, etc.).

Solid SQL skills. Experience with ClickHouse — a strong plus. Confident user of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation). Ability to work independently, validate hypotheses, and provide insights without detailed instructions. Strong communication skills and readiness for daily collaboration with the VIP department.
