    Role overview:

    We are seeking a VP Content Partner Management to lead our global partnerships with top-tier content providers. This executive will own the performance, growth, and strategic direction of our relationships with Hollywood studios and key European SVOD / FAST-AVOD players within the TitanOS platform. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep experience in the streaming industry, proven success in achieving aggressive growth targets, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the overall performance of TitanOS’s Hollywood and European SVOD / FAST-AVOD content partners.
    • Drive subscriber growth, active user engagement, and monetization (subscriptions and advertising revenues) across all key content partners.
    • Define and execute partnership strategies that maximize content value, platform visibility, and user retention.
    • Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to manage partners’ product roadmap integrations and optimize platform experiences.
    • Build, lead, and inspire a team of 5+ partner managers to deliver outstanding partner support and performance results.
    • Represent the content partnership function in the TitanOS Executive Team, contributing to company strategy, commercial targets, and long-term growth planning.
    • Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at content providers, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual success.

    What makes you a great fit:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in content partner management, business development, or commercial strategy roles within the streaming or media industry.
    • Proven track record managing high-value relationships with international content providers (Hollywood studios, European broadcasters, SVOD, FAST, AVOD platforms).
    • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding aggressive commercial and growth targets.
    • Strong strategic acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
    • Experience managing international teams and operations across multiple markets.
    • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English; fluency in a second European language (e.g., Spanish, French, or German) is highly desirable.
