The Mission We’re looking for a VP of Growth who will take full ownership of Freebird’s new customer acquisition goals. You will be responsible for delivering the planned volume of new customers each month while maintaining our first-order contribution margin target. This role builds the operating system that unifies paid media, performance creative, and analytics into a cohesive, predictable, data-backed growth machine. You bring strategic clarity, senior judgment, and the operational discipline needed to scale one of the most important engines of the business. This is a role for someone who loves the number, thrives in high-velocity environments, and knows how to create order, foresight, and momentum within a fast-moving growth function.
