    Help Scale a Premium B2B SEO Agency from $2M to $10M

    About DoFollow DoFollow is a premium B2B authority-building agency. We're the "off-page arm" for traditional SEO, specializing in high-authority backlinks, brand mentions, and strategic content placements for ambitious B2B SaaS companies like Allianz and Surfshark. We've spent years perfecting a single product. We're profitable, our processes are tight, and our clients get results. Now we're expanding into a multi-product AEO agency - and we need someone to architect the operational foundation that takes us to $10M. Our founders are building a portfolio of agencies and investments. They need a true operational partner to own DoFollow's day-to-day excellence while they focus on the bigger picture.

    The Opportunity This isn't a "support the CEO" role. You're the Operational CEO. You'll have full P&L ownership, direct reports across delivery, marketing, project management, and automation, and the authority to modernize systems and drive change. You'll operate like an owner, not an employee. The challenge: We've built an excellent "Version 1.0" for our core service. Our team is talented, our clients are happy, and we're growing. But we're at an inflection point. We're launching new services, and our current systems were built for a single product. You'll evolve our infrastructure to unlock our team's full potential and support our multi-product future. The timeline: We're targeting $5M in revenue within 16 months, then $10M in 3-5 years. You'll build the operational engine to make that happen - with significant performance bonuses tied to those milestones.

    What you'll own:

    Modernize the core – Take our V1 systems and ask the hard questions: "Is this the most efficient way?" Implement new tools, automation, and AI to increase efficiency, margins, and capacity without just adding headcount.

    Professionalize new services – Our newly launched AEO service needs to be scaled. You'll codify the playbook, perfect the SOPs, and turn it into a profitable revenue driver. Then you'll lead the operational planning for our next product launches.

    Develop your leaders – Coach high-potential team leads who've been promoted internally. Own the people decisions. Build the leadership bench that can scale beyond $10M.

    Enable growth – Create capacity through operational leverage. Partner with sales and marketing to ensure we can deliver on what we sell. Identify and remove bottlenecks before they become problems.

    Who You Are

    Must-haves:

    7-10+ years of operations experience in agencies, professional services, or high-growth B2B service businesses You've scaled a company from $2M-$10M and lived through the messy operational challenges that come with it You're a systems thinker who can build processes from scratch You've developed leaders and know how to coach people doing a job for the first time You have a restless mindset for improvement - high standards, but pragmatic about execution You operate autonomously and update founders weekly, not daily You're comfortable with tech and automation, and you know how to leverage it You're a "Who, Not How" thinker: hire great people, give them clear outcomes, trust them to own the how

    You need a lot of direction from founders You prefer strategy over hands-on execution You've only managed existing systems, never built them from scratch You're a doer, not a delegator You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or remote teams

    Compensation & Benefits Base: Competitive, location-agnostic salary (open to discussion based on experience) Performance Bonus: Significant bonus structure with major payouts tied to $5M and $10M revenue milestones Location: 100% remote. You must be based in a timezone between CET and EST to overlap with our core team (primarily in LATAM and Europe) Health insurance (US candidates), 4 weeks PTO, professional development budget, equipment/workspace budget Annual team retreats (we're remote, but we value culture and connection)
