About the Role The VP of Partnerships will lead the strategy, and development of partnerships, with a focus on identifying, building and nurturing strategic alliances that will amplify our reach and accelerated impact in the enterprise market. This individual will scale our ecosystem, driving revenue growth, and shaping how Ada collaborates with partners to redefine the future of customer experiences. Impact Develop and execute Ada’s global partnership strategy, aligning with company growth objectives and product roadmap. Build and scale revenue-generating partnerships that drive new business and expand Ada’s market reach. Build ROI-driven partnership frameworks, with clear KPIs for growth, adoption, and partner satisfaction Represent Ada externally as a thought leader in AI partnerships and the future of customer experience. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to integrate partnership strategies into Ada’s overall GTM motion. Lead negotiations and contract management, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and compliance with Ada’s strategic and financial goals. Establish scalable partnership processes and governance frameworks to manage onboarding, performance, and renewals. Leverage data to track, analyze, and optimize partnership performance, providing regular insights to Ada’s leadership team. Lead, mentor, and grow Ada’s Partnerships team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in collaboration and accountability. About You 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in AI, CX, or automation. Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems (ISVs, GSIs, channels, or marketplaces) that drive measurable revenue growth. Deep understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and partner distribution models. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and sales/partner management tools. Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, and Product. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders. Exceptional data-driven mindset, leveraging KPIs and dashboards to measure and optimize partnership performance. Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing team #LI-N Benefits & Perks
