    Description About the Role We’re looking for a Vice President of Sales to lead and scale Webbing global sales teams. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic executive who has successfully built and led enterprise B2B sales teams — selling technology solutions through both direct and indirect sales.

    Responsibilities Develop and execute an integrated global sales strategy across direct enterprise sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances. Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global sales teams. Drive predictable and sustainable revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansion. Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, strategic partners, distributors, and system integrators. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to refine our value proposition and channel programs. Establish and continuously improve sales processes, KPIs, and performance management systems. Represent Webbing at key industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.

    Requirements 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience in senior leadership roles. Proven track record of building and leading sales teams generating over $100M ARR. Proven success leading sales teams for complex, subscription-based enterprise technology solutions. Experience developing and scaling both direct and channel sales. Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and multi-stakeholder sales motions. Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead diverse, high-performing teams across multiple regions. Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable sales plans and KPI’s. Preferred: Experience driving sales across Europe and USA markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
