The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma and prior AP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately maintain vendor filesΒ 
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external vendors
  • Appropriately code vendor invoices and submit for payment
  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of invoicing
  • Print checks and prepare for mailing

Qualifications

Education:

  • HS DiplomaΒ 

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in AP with high-volume invoicing
  • Teamwork mentality
