You will be reporting to the Billing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Directly responsible for performing the necessary controls, analysis and data adjustments for the timely and accurate billing of Remote's customers.
  • Analysis of documentation to ensure platform data reflects agreements and the analysis of different vendors billing that may impact our customer billing
  • Defining test scenarios, reporting bugs and following up their solutions
  • Tracking, finalisation and reporting of data input and billing errors
  • Contribute to the development and scaling an internal billing system for all our products
  • Identify & execute on automation opportunities together with Product, Engineering and Automation

At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce.  We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $23,500 USD - $52,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
