Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for global operational strategy and execution across a variety of T&S lines of business from basic labelling work to complex category 1 content moderation.
  • Accountable for achievement and alignment of core operational KPIs across diverse projects and countries/cultures.
  • Responsible for alignment of diverse operational teams at site level with global operational frameworks, standards and processes.
  • Managing internal and external governance including complex business reviews with senior client partners.
  • Alignment of local operations with other global functions (WFM, wellbeing, QTP, compliance) to ensure single, aligned approach to best meet clients requirements.
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvement and innovation to improve service, save cost and drive perception.
  • Accountable for meeting operational budgets, optimizing margin and revenue whilst maintaining compliance with operational aspects of the contract.
  • Supporting business growth opportunities (RFPs) and launching of new programs and sites in line with global standards.
  • Frequent visits to sites within the network to align with local leadership teams, host client meetings and support audit processes.

Competencies & professional background:

  • Educational Background: Degree or higher.
  • Operational Experience: 5+ years of operational experience in a complex, multi-site global client environment.
  • T&S Experience: 2+ years of T&S experience, including exposure to Category 1 content.
  • Financial Management: Experience in financial management and operational budgeting (revenue, margin analysis).
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and draw insights from complex and diverse data sets.
  • Language Skills: C1 or native English proficiency.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in simplifying and delivering complex operational insights to engage audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator with multicultural experience.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to empathize with multiple stakeholders and create win/win scenarios.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders to gain backing for new initiatives.
  • Agility and Growth Mindset: Consistently looking for ways to improve business and outcomes.
  • Mentorship: Experience in mentoring junior operational leaders to develop future leaders.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently to various sites
