- Responsible for providing legal advice on Labor matters and understanding business-related legal issues. 
- Interested and passionate for technology and dynamic environments. 

- Providing legal analysis and assessments related to labor and employment matters.

- Managing the labor portfolio lawsuit among outside counsels.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Public Relations, Human Resources, Products and other internal stakeholders, to address legal issues and mitigate risks; and working on multidisciplinary projects.

- Strong communication and organizational skills to work with multi-level and cross-functional projects

- Hability to define priorities

- Post graduation business oriented

- More than 5 years working as legal counsel(preferably)

- English fluency
