A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least five years of professional experience in procurement, finance, and/or process management, demonstrating a strong affinity for facts and figures. You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences and presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Leadership and collaboration abilities are essential, with the skill to build effective relationships and exert influence over peers and key stakeholders. The role demands strong project management capabilities, including planning and tracking, barrier removal, change management, conflict resolution, consensus building, and the motivation of teams across multiple concurrent projects. You should also have the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
