Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented a C-level Operations Coordinator join our team. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing projects, and supporting cross-functional teams.Β 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong organization and project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in basic data analysis and reporting, particularly with Excel
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office productivity tools; ability to quickly learn new software and systems
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills
  • Research skills with a focus on cost reduction
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, adept at breaking down processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration from a college in English-speaking countries
  • Minimum 2 years of remote-based work experience with a US-based company
  • 1+ years of experience as a customer care associate
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative/operations roles
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management
  • HR liaison experience with third-party payroll management firms
  • Experience in payroll management
