Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of remote-based work experience with a US-based company
- 1+ years of experience as a customer care associate
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative/operations roles
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management
- HR liaison experience with third-party payroll management firms
